I received my skateboard, but unfortunately, one of the motors had an issue due to poor handling during shipping. However, once I contacted customer service, they immediately took care of the problem free of charge. They sent me a replacement motor, and I was able to use my skateboard for my daily commute. Personally, I use this skateboard for both work and personal trips, and it’s been flawless ever since. I even reached out to customer service to upgrade to a new ESC to enjoy the latest features on my board. Overall, this skateboard is incredible, and I highly recommend it for surfskaters!
